I love you Mom!

Today is the 5th anniversary of my mother's death. I did a post (link here) last year where you can see the kind of woman she was.  I miss her every day.

Yesterday meeting up with so many BOOBS in NYC really helped with the depression I always feel this time of year.

Don't really feel like blogging, but just wanted to say hi and hope you all have a good week.

  2. Hey sweetie...I'm so sorry you're feeling down. I read that post and it's no wonder you miss your mom. My Dad passed back in 2000 and there's not a day I don't miss him.
    You're very special to me...

  4. I remember that post because I was also in a Walmart days after my mom died and it was a box of chocolates she loved that made me burst into tears. I think it is those strange little moments which are so important to give us those lovely little memories. {{{HUGS}}} for you and memories of moms.

  5. I'm glad to hear our crazy meetup lifted your spirits, Bonnie. It was great to see you - you are just as warm and lovely in person as you are in your blog. I'm sure your mom had a lot to do with that.

  15. oh Bonnie, what an amazing post you did...I have re-read it twice now. I cannot imagine your pain and how difficult this time is, but I so relate to your feelings you have towards your Mom and the thought of being without my own Mom pains me. I hope and pray that her spirit is with you and that you feel her love around you and see it in your daughters as well...and PS, I think the angel is Such a sign..I am a big believer in signs...Was so great to meet you in person and really hope you are getting through the week ok..
